Add-on Pack

If the high speed of your current data package is running out, you may choose to purchase an add-on pack for your current package. This means it will add on data to the remaining amount of data.

For example, the remaining data is 50MB, and you choose to purchase a 250MB data Add-on pack. In total, you will have 300MB data to use.

Validity Period

  • the validity period of the Add-on pack will follow the package
  • If the package is Daily High Speed, the Add-on pack will be valid for until the next high speed day

For example, the current activated package is Europe 5 days 250MB/day

The high speed refreshes at 14:00 every day for 5 days. If you choose to purchase an Add-on pack at 18:00 on the second day, then it will be valid until the next day 14:00.

  • If the package is a GB Plan, then the Add-on pack will be valid until the end of the package

For example, the current activated package is an Europe 7 days 2GB GB Plan

The GB plan is purchased on the 01/01/2020 at 14:00. You then purchase an Add-on pack on the 05/01. Therefore, the Add-on pack will be valid until 08/01/2020 14:00.

Terms and Conditions

  • The data of the Add-on pack will be used first regardless of the amount of data remaining in the package
  • There are no cancellations allowed for the purchase of Add-on packs.

Go to MOGO APP > Home > MOGO S2 Details > Add on pack > Select the pack > Submit
