Change Data Package Activation Sequence

  • The data packages are activated by the order of purchase. This means the ones that are purchased earlier will be activated earlier
  • "Packages history" shows the sequence of activation, the order is from top to bottom
  • When you have prioritised a data package, reached your destination and turned on MOGO S2, if the prioritised data package covers your current location, then it will be activated first; or else, your packages will activate according to the order of purchase time
  • You can only prioritise one data package at a time

You can follow the steps below to prioritise activation of a data package:

Go to MOGO APP > Home > MOGO S2 Details > Packages History > Set Priority > Press the blue arrow next to the data package you want to prioritise> Confirm
