If your SIM INFO shows that your MOGO S SIM card is in Status 02, please follow the information given below to try access network connection.
1) Please confirm that your data package/s cover your current location. You may check for this in the MOGO APP.
Go to MOGO APP > Home > MOGO S card details > tap the data package for more information
If you have found out that you do not have any data package that covers your current location, you will have to purchase a data package that can be used for the area that you are in.
Go to MOGO APP > Store > MOGO S > select a suitable data package > select the type of data package > Submit
2) If you have confirmed that you have usable data package for your current location, please restart your MOGO S SIM card. Tap Refresh SIM only once and wait for a few minutes.

Go to Settings > Cellular Data > SIM Applications > iFREE > Refresh SIM
