No internet connection

Please follow the instructions below if your MOGO S1 device does not have internet network:

  • Please confirm that your MOGO S1 has data package available to use in the MOGO APP

Go to MOGO APP > Home > MOGO S1 Details

If there is no package available or it is unsuitable for your location, please purchase a data package that is suitable for your current location in the MOGO APP.

  • If you have available data package but it is not activated yet

Please activate the package by turning on the MOGO S1 device and wait for a few minutes.

  • If the data package is activated but there still no connection

1) Please connect to the MOGO S1 WiFi and go to 192.168.0.1 in a web browser.

2) Login with your username and password. The default username and password is "admin". You will see a webUI page:

If the button is "Connect", please click it to connect to internet network.

3) If you have tried all the above steps and there is still no internet connection, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
