Primary and sub SIM

  • An APP account can bound 1 primary SIM card and 5 sub SIM cards.
  • The first SIM card that is bound to the account will be the primary SIM card.
  • Only the primary SIM card can enjoy the promotion deals.
  • Sub SIM cards are bound to the account for better management e.g. purchase data packages or boost packs for the sub SIM card, check data usage and data remaining.
  • Sub SIM cards will not be valid for the top up deals of free data packages and free card validity extension.
  • You can purchase card validity for sub SIM cards when it is bound to an APP account.
  • Adding a Primary SIM card:

Go to MOGO APP > Profile > My Devices > MOGO S > Bind MOGO S > Enter ICCID by scanning or manually > Choose a card background
