You can cancel any unactivated data packages that you purchased in the MOGO APP. When you have successfully cancelled the data package, corresponding iPoints will be returned to your account.
NOTE: free top up promotion packages cannot be cancelled
Go to MOGO APP > Profile > My Devices > Select the card that has the package you want to cancel > tap the one that you want to cancel in the unused package > Cancel order > Confirm
