Expired card status

If your card has expired, you will have to purchase card validity extension for your MOGO S card.

  • You can purchase card validity in our MOGO APP

Go to MOGO APP > Profile > My Device > Select the card you want to extend > Renew > choose extension period > Submit > Confirm payment details > Submit

    • Card validity extension period options

    100 iPoints for 3 months (90 days) extension period

    300 iPoints for 1 year (365 days) extension period

    100 iPoints = $1 USD

    • When your card becomes expired, you will have a 30 days period to purchase card validity

    If you do not purchase any card validity to extend your card in this 30 days period, your card will become invalid and unusable anymore. In this case, please contact our customer support to give you further guidance.

    NOTE: Once your card becomes invalid, any remaining unused data packages will become unusable and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

    • Card validity can overlap

    For example,

    your card expiry date: 29th February 2020

    1) you purchase a 90 days validity pack on the 10th January 2020, your card will be extended till the 28th May 2020.

    2) you purchase a 90 days validity pack on the 15th March 2020, your card will be extended till the 14th June 2020
