Data package activation

To activate your data package, please follow the steps below:

1) Confirm that you have a data package in your MOGO S SIM card. You can check in the MOGO APP for data package details.

Go to MOGO APP > Home > MOGO S Details

2) placed your MOGOS SIM card in card slot 1. It is also recommended that you remove any other SIM cards in card slot 2.

3) turned on mobile data and mobile data roaming

These are the steps to activate your data package. After you have performed these actions, please check in the MOGO APP again to confirm if the data package is activated.

If your data package is still not activated, please:

1) Restart the SIM card. Please tap "Refresh SIM" only once and wait a few minutes.

Apple IOS mobile phone:

Go to Settings > Cellular Data > SIM Applications > iFREE > Refresh SIM

Andriod phone :

  • Xiaomi:  go to Mobile desktop > SIM Toolkit > IFREE > Refresh SIM
  • Oppo:  go to Mobile desktop > Settings > Other Settings > SIM Applications > IFREE > Refresh SIM
  • 1+: go to Mobile desktop > Settings > Mobile Network > SIM Applications > IFREE > Refresh SIM
  • Meizu: go to Dialer > Tap the 3 dots in the top right corner > Settings > More > SIM Applications > IFREE > Refresh SIM
  • Sony: go to Mobile desktop > SIM Toolkit > IFREE > Refresh SIM
  • Huawei: go to Mobile desktop > SIM Toolkit > IFREE > Refresh SIM
  • Samsung: go to Mobile desktop > iFREE or SIM Toolkit > IFREE > SIM info or Application Manager > SIM Applications > IFREE > Refresh SIM

2) Please check in the MOGO APP to see if the data package has been successfully activated.

3) If the package is still not activated, please try to restart the SIM card again according to the steps above.

4) If restarting the SIM card still have not activated the data package, please contact our customer support.
